Super Saturdays

Super Saturdays are held on the last Saturday of every month.  Activities are spread throughout the museum and outside, and include many themed projects according to the season.  The Masterworks Artist in Residence is present to illustrate their artistic craft or run activities, and Masterworks exhibits are on display to guests.  Snacks or light lunch are served by outside vendors.   With the help of countless volunteers, Masterworks is happy to provide this opportunity to get engaged in the community for service hours or the love of volunteering!  FREE ADMISSION allows visitors to wander through all the galleries and to engage in as many different craft activities as they would like, and are suitable for children from toddlers to teens.  Super Saturdays at Masterworks are kindly sponsored by the Montpelier Re Foundation.

All our education programmes are designed to provide a creative and productive outlet for children, teaching them at an early age to embrace the importance of art and its relationship to our culture and environment. We have a range of classes, camps and workshops for moms and tots through to teenagers, and even free workshops and family days.

Our new classroom is in use 7 days a week and we are always working on adding new and exciting offerings to our educational programmes.
